Receiving the award again is a great privilege and we would like to say a huge thank you to all our customers for their ongoing support over the past year.

We have been manufacturing carpet in the UK for more than 65 years from our mills in Lancashire. The key to our success has been our amazing team of people that work behind the scenes to ensure a first-class delivery service to all our customers.

This year also marks the completion of one of Cormar’s largest investments in its Backing Plant. Over £600,000 has been invested in the plant this year, as part of an overall upgrade strategy. The recent work involved the replacement of the front-end entry equipment which is responsible for preparing unbacked rolls prior to latex application. Taking 12 months to complete, the Backing Plant is now benefitting from improvements in runnability and quality – as well as a cleaner, more modern looking plant.

Cormar has been at the forefront of carpet manufacturing for the last seven decades.
